Our consortium offers its member libraries the option to participate in Balsam Interlibrary Loan Program, which enables patrons of one library to borrow physical materials (books, DVDs, audiobooks, etc) that are held by another library. This service uses the holds feature in Evergreen and is only available through participating libraries.
