To manage Evergreen sounds click on Administration, then click Workstation.
Click the checkbox labeled Disable Sounds?, but it is recommended you keep the sounds on as the audio alerts let you know when you know when items are successfully checked out and in, but most importantly the let you know where there is an issue, like a unrecognized barcode.
